where to start?
I'm 15 years and am studying in Buckinghamshire.
I go to a grammar school and am currently studying for my GCSE'S.
I would love to go to America to study Medicine.
When would you suggest me to start studying for the SAT's?
I hope to do well in my GCSE'S and in 6th form,A/AS levels. I'm a hard worker and do quite a few extra curricular activities though I have recently joined some clubs and am only a beginner at those.

Monika,
Best starter resource is here: http://sat.collegeboard.com/home
I'm afraid I don't know much about testing sites in India, but the information is out there!
Best of luck,
Harry

Ricky,
As you may have realised from your research, transfer deadlines for most universities have passed. However, it is definitely worth emailing or calling admissions offices at the Universities you are interested in; they can tell you whether or not there is still an opportunity to make the move.
You may have to take the SATs; it will depend on the colleges you want to go to. Make your calls NOW and then register register for the May 1st or June 5th tests or you will struggle to get a seat.
Hope this helps,
Good luck,
Harry

I am a student in Brighton university, studying English Literature and Media Studies in my second year of study. I am interested in either finishing my studies or transferring as a sophomore to the US by September 2010, is this possible? If so where do I go from here, do I simply e-mail American uni's with my grades etc, ask my English uni for a transfer or just do my SAT and apply to universities in the states?
assistance would be much appreciated.
Regards, Ricky.
