Biography
I have a BA (honors) in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago (ranked 9th in the USA) and I moved to London one year ago, and tutored consistently in A-Levels and GCSE subjects during that year. I went to High School in Miami, Florida, and remember the SAT process being pretty stressful, so I can understand why someone might want guidance before going up against it, particularly if one grows up in a country where the SAT is not very well known!
The SAT is, along with your essays, the most important component of your application to any American University, but it doesn't have to be scary, you just have to know how to study for it- how to focus on and learn the important information and understand the kind of analysis that leads to good scores.
I'm fluent in Spanish and my favourite subjects in school were History and Literature.
Personal Approach
I like to tailor my tutoring to each student, with the knowledge that everyone has their own ideal way of learning. I know that it's important to keep the learning process fun and engaging while challenging each student to meet their own full potential.
